Refund policy

WE KNOW SOMETIMES THINGS ARE JUST NOT THE RIGHT FIT
Our pet parents' satisfaction means a lot to us, if something is not right, please contact us first.

We will accept returns and exchanges for the following:

Raw Foods: unopened and has not been unfrozen
Bagged Foods: unopened
Bagged Treats: unopened and has not been unfrozen (if applicable)
Wrapped Treats: must remain wrapped
Toys: due to health concerns, only toys that have not been chewed on can qualify
Collars and harnesses: product tag must be intact
Food items must be returned within 3 days from the time of receipt.

Toys and accessories up to 30 days.

Any damaged items, please notify us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request but reserve the right to refuse any items presented.
