What are you delivery hours?
To avoid food spoilage, we set our delivery hours from 5pm to 8pm, when majority of customers are home. You will receive a dispatched email containing a better ETA for your order. Ideally, we would like the order can be handed to our customers directly, plus we love to say 'Hi'.
Do you ship outside of Metro Vancouver?
Yes, we are able to ship dehydrated food, treats, and chews Canada-wide.
Can you ship raw food?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship any raw food outside of Greater Vancouver at this moment.
Do I have to be at home at the time of delivery (except apartments?
No, we have insulated bins to keep the goods frozen up to 5 hours. However, if you think you will not be home until a lot later then give us a call, email, or message via Facebook. We will gladly accommodate your needs.
Do you charge a deposit for the bins?
Out of good faith towards our customers, we do not charge a deposit. However, to keep our operating budget down, we appreciate that our customer return the bins within a week.
I need my subscription delivered at a later date, who should I contact?
No worries, please email us directly at info@modernkibble.ca or Facebook message us to make arrangements.
Where do I go to manage my subscription?
To edit order, skip a delivery, or to cancel, simply click on 'Manage Subscriptions' at right hand side of the navigation bar. Login and all the related information will be there. If you still need assistance, don't hesitate to email us.
I'm locked out of my account or I forgot my account access information.
Please email us directly and we can reset your account. You will receive an email to reset your account with a new password.
How do I use my points?
To redeem and use your points, open your points widget on the bottom right corner. If you have collected enough points to trade for a discount code, click to redeem and simply apply the code at check out. Please note, points will not work on subscription items.
My discount code is not working at the checkout.
Discount codes will not work when there is a subscription in your cart. This is due to subscriptions already has a 5% discount and it cannot be combined with any other discounts.
To use a discount code, simply remove the subscription item and continue as normal.
