Returns and Exchanges
We know sometimes things are just not the right fit...

Our pet parents' satisfaction means a lot to us, if something is not right, please contact us first.
Unfortunately, due to the nature if the product we sell, no returns will be accepted for frozen raw food or unwrapped chews (i.e. bully sticks)
Please notify us if you need to return any unopened bagged treats.
Any damaged items, please notify us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request but reserve the right to refuse any items presented.
Domestic and International shipments:
Customers are subject to pay their own duties or any additional charges charged by their countries' customs. For any returns due to item(s) for reasons other than a defect or incorrect delivery, we reserve the right to charge for return shipping and/or apply a 15% restocking fee on the refund.
Initial paid shipping with order will not be reimbursed with the request for refund. Due to the courier service has successfully completed delivery and it cannot be claimed back.
